 A joint venture of DL Development and Argos Development purchased the three‑story mixed‑use property at 314 Scholes Street (also known as 315 Meserole Street) in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, for approximately $19.3 million.
The 100,000 SF renovated industrial site includes a courtyard, rooftop bar, indoor skate park, retail arcade, and more. DL and Argos plan to enhance the space for local entrepreneurs, creatives, and neighborhood businesses as a vibrant community hub.
