DL Development, in partnership with Argos Development, purchased the three-story mixed-use property at 314 Scholes Street in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, for approximately $19.3 million. The 100,000 sq ft site—known as The Breeze—features a landscaped courtyard, rooftop bar, indoor skate park, and retail arcade, and the partners plan to further transform it into a vibrant community hub for local entrepreneurs and creatives. This project reflects DL Development’s commitment to converting underutilized industrial spaces into modern, boutique-style offices that support Brooklyn’s growing creative economy.
